#71 parade of frank update

here is where my painting is at now. crap-tastic photo of it. It needs more work. More details. It also needs to be finished and the bottom right corner needs to be filled. I also need to add "frank" to the banners and such.

I really hate how my little guys look. They looks stupid. really really stupid and I don't know why.
